Boring? Seemed like a good composition at the time. Uninspiring looking at it, now. :( Seems a little overexposed towards the bottom where the water hits.

You definitely did blow the highlights, although if you shot in RAW you might be able to get them back. Composition-wise it's decent, it would be nicer if you were a bit lower though. It's probably not an option, but it would have been nice.

Looks like you wanted to slow down the water but it's too bright. Look into getting a 3 stop ND filter.
