Fooling around in Photoshop using Nik Color Efex gave me this result.

Was there any skin smoothing done to this? Her skin looks way too smooth. her eyebrow on her right side (our left) looks like its missing.

Yeah I'm aware of this. Then again, The purpese wasn't to save alot of details.. :) Some smoothing has been done. Not manually though! She also had some serious mosqite bites in her face witch I had to heal.
