Need some help

My pp skills are lacking - can someone instruct me how to remove the shadows from my oldest face - I tried the clone stamp but it looked poor? Can someone actually do it for me?

Ditto. It also appears to be oversharpened as well. Or may that is just how it looks on my monitor.
