Clash of the Titans Drag Racing

I went to Baytown, Texas a few weeks ago for the season finals for the Clash of the Titans. I managed to get a few shots even though the weather was very overcast. C & C welcomed.

Great shots!!! Mike Morans car is bad fast!!! The man leaning against the wall in pic. 6 is steve petty, probably the worlds best 10.5 tire turbo tuner in the world. I would have been there if I hadnt had a previous commitment. A friend of mine Brian Carpenter has won a few COT races in 10.5. great circuit

Thanks for the comments Kelly. Mike Moran ran about 250mph in the 1/4... thats pretty BAD!! I used to send Wes B. pics every now and then for your magazine but it got to where I could never get in touch with him so I gave up. Maybe I'll see you out at the track sometime, I'm ready for the season to get started again.

I was yelling at them to get out of the shot but I don't think they could hear me over the cars... LOL.

Thanks for the comments. I'm ready for the season to get started again, I'm planning on going to the "Hangover Nationals" on January 3rd. Hopefully the weather will cooperate and it will be a good event. It's very hit and miss this time of year.
