oh and is some sort of monitor calibration needed to be had, because when i edit in cs3 its alot warmer than when uploaded to Flickr, and prints out warmer. and I have my settings to sRGB

Looks cool on mine but I'm pretty sure it's my monitor not yours. Mine needs some calibration as well.

Im thinking its just flickr upload. Im going to try to warm it up and see what I get.
