WTT-Canon Lens for Canon Flash

I'm looking for a 580ex I or II. I have a Canon EF 28-135 IS to trade. It's in good condition and is a very sharp copy. Of course, I would add some cash if you have the II model.

would you explain "good" condition please? Specifically on the 28-135IS. Just want to clarify, because some people view good as mediocre...

To be specific, the 28-135 is as perfect as can be for not being brand new...I really don't want to part with it, but I need a flash and can't afford to buy one right now. The 55-250 shows a little wear, to be expected due to the mediocre build quality, but it's unbelievably sharp (this lens has a great rep, and rightfully so)

I'm afraid I wasn't specific in my original post. The 55-250 was offered up for a 430, the 28-135 was offered up for the 580...my apologies. The trade offer has been changed...I'm only interested in a 580ex...either model.
