Is there a way to adjust exposure when in full manual mode?

Also, anyone happen to have a picture of the display screen when in full manual?

Everything can be adjusted in full manual.
Shutter speed and F stop are indicated in the bottom of the LCD screen. Use the rotary dial to change to the desired setting. Push the little +/- button above and to the right of the dial to cycle between the two settings.
Func./Set button to access the other settings.
The thing I like about the Manual mode is the ability to see in the LCD what the picture will look like.

when you're in full manual mode, you have control over aperture and shutter speed, so you have full control of exposure, which is the combination of the two.

There is a vertical indicator on the right side of the LCD. Move the aperature or shutter until the "needle" is centered for proper exposure.

Something I found helpful is to read the manual, when all else fails. If you have the camera User Guide, read pages 98 and 99. Page 99 shows the LCD screen in Manual mode.

If you do not have a User Guide, you can download one from Canon here (http://www.usa.canon.com/consumer/controller?act=ModelInfoAct&fcategoryid=144&modelid=15669#DownloadDetailAct).

Nope, but I know where it is on my computer. The PDF file version allows you to easily search for any topic in a few seconds. I recommend it.

Agreed. Plus, the camera is not intuitive in manual, having to hit the button so the adjustment switches between aperature and shutter speed. Took me a while to find that in the print manual.
