I am traveling to B&H (actually, I am traveling to the US, but all I can think of is B&H's superstore :D). The problem with that is that I will be buying quite a lot of things there and can't lug around the States (NYC, CLE, BOS and WAS) with all those boxes.
What I thought of is "unglueing" (?) all the boxes so that I can ship them home in a UPS/FedEx/USPS/whatever box. Do you think it is possible to unglue all that?

I think you should be able to disassemble both ends of a box and flatten it...

They aren't glued. They're just thin fold up boxes. You can break them down easily but there is additional packing materials inside that may or may not be able to break down. Lenses, for example, have Styrofoam inside.

Yeah, and you may as well throw away the boxes if you're going to toss the packaging material.

Yeah, but what about all the form fitting Styrofoam...depending on what you're buying.
BTW, can I give you a list, since you're going?? :D

And make sure they are open on the day you are going! We are going into (or are into) holidays! Call them to confirm!

Can I have pictures of that?

I'll be arriving to NY on Tuesday 30th and should go to B&H on that same day. In case I can't go, I'll be going on the 31st.
B&H's Holiday Schedule only shows the 25th as a holiday, but not the 31st. See: http://www.bhphotovideo.com/find/HelpCenter/HoursOfOperation.jsp

The 31st, New Year's Eve, is not a holiday in the U.S., but New Year's Day is. However, many businesses close early on New Year's Eve, so I would call or email B&H and ask them directly.
Better safe than sorry.
As for a list of what to get, download the lens tables (equipment forum) and simply get everything that says "Canon" and has a red or green ring. Can all be yours for about $70,000, give or take. I'll bet they'll be glad to throw in free shipping!

There's always chance to just throw them away. Why would you keep boxes anyway?

You have a better chance of getting a decent price if you decide to sell a lens at a later date. It's safer to send that way, and also your buyers have added confidence that you actually bought the lens (and it's not stolen).

Pack all the boxes (with styrofoam, etc) in a larger box and mail it home. It'll be waiting for you when you get back, or will arrive shortly thereafter.

I'll do that if it is not that expensive!
