Lately I have been shooting as a photojournalistic wedding photographer(ie weddings that have 2 photographers at them) for Harvard Photography.

Here are some from last Sat.

Sorry about the watermarks, I dont get to touch/see any images. All i get is a proof CD back (sometimes) from Harvard, and they do all the PS etc. It is lame but on the other hand I like the fact that i NEVER have to edit,,, I just drop the card off.

Here are a few of the 3-450 I shot ( I try not to include to many "FACES" shots out of respect for the fam, but I had to post a couple of them too)

I like them.
I was planning on taking a picture like #1 in a month, except the back of the dress will be a lace up. #2 was a neat effect, kind of from the worms point of view, close to the floor. I like it.
Very nice detail photos on the rest. Good job!
I"m getting so inspired by all of these wedding photos!

ABSOLUTELY STUNNING PHOTOGRAPHY!!!! I have friends looking at my computer and they are in utter amazement . . .

What equipment are you using (camera & lens)? Are you using any flash in the church photos or are they all ambient lighting?

Congratulations again on an awsome job!!

I used (I dont remember exactly what I used on what, but this is what I take with me)

20D
550EX (omnibounce 40% of the time FEC a LOT)
Tamron 28-75 2.8
75-300mm IS
50mm 1.8
Kit Lens

The only time I was allowed to use the flash in the church was the 2nd shot.
So all the rest of the ceremony was Ambient. (some churches are anal about that :( )

Yes.. and MASS chaos at that..

The church had like 5 weddings that day... You don't even understand the mass hysteria... It was crazy to see them stac theweddings on top of each other like that

Good work, some inspirational angles that show you really pay attention to your environment. I'm not a fan of soft focus stuff at all, but its wedding stuff, if thats what the bride is in to...

I'd go for the bunch of flowers with the blurred out background as my favorite. It'd look great inset into to cover of a wedding album.

wow, is that at St. Denis in Diamond Bar? I LOVE that church, it's so beautiful. I used to go there a couple years ago while i was Living in Pomona. I'va always wanted to go back and shoot some pictures there. And aparently it looks awesome in wedding photos ;)

WOW!!! That is an amazing call!! Good job, So did you go here regularly? It is realy beautiful on the inside, but the surroundings were actually tough for photography... too much parking lot

I love that, so out side the box! Usually you see peoples wedding pictures and you fall asleep but those are great, interesting and you feel special for just seeing them. Very well done and that couple is so LUCKY to have you as their photographer!

I like these quite a bit!! Only concern i see is that on one of the altar shots you can see the other photographer and that is distracting. If he sees you too (I expect he would), then all the shots both of you took of that might be a bit distracting.
