I was looking through some of my holiday snaps from last year and I'd forgotten how much I love this shot. That's my wife Helen soaking up the wonderful view. Utah has left us with lot's of wonderful memories and is one of the most beautiful places I've ever been too! If any of you people live near or get to visit St. George in Utah, there's a shop there that sells 'frozen custard', the best thing I've ever or ever likely to taste in my life, I would pay good money to get some sent over :-)

Good shot, Paul. Utah is one of my favorite places. We spent 5 weeks there last year, 2 weeks of it near St George. I don't know about the frozen custard place, but we found a great ice cream shop. The "Moose Tracks" flavor was wonderful. Tried some here in Florida recently, just not the same. There are no moose here, so I should have known better.

Oh wow, how lucky are you! If we could we'd up roots and move to Utah tomorrow. We both fell in love with the town of St. George and if your country wasn't so difficult to get residency in we'd be there now!

The frozen custard shop is if i remember correctly situated in St. Georges main street about 1/2 way down. I had a tub of frozen chocolate custard there one very hot afternoon last summer and I swear I had died and gone to heaven whilst eating it!

If you do ever manage to stop off there PLEASE take some photos of the custard shop and St. George in general, we'd love to be reminded of it.

Best wishes,

Paul.
