How often do you guys refresh your NP-E2 (1D Mk II) batteries? Everytime it runs down? Monthly? Bi-monthly?

I haven't tried the refresh mode of the charger yet for the Canon NP-E3 battery.
With the new stand alone charger I just got for the Apple laptop which does have refresh mode port, it's then able to view it's profile when it's replaced in the laptop, and surprisingly it does improves it's capacity.
Frequency, hard to say.
So far when I see it about 25% on the camera display, then I charge it.
I would be nice to see more details with a charger that costs $400.
It should print out a colored bar graph.

First post here.

If you open up the np-e3 battery packs, inside are just a bunch of AA's... you can replace them with nice eneloop rechargables if you want. There are 6 in total inside
