I thought I'd try my hand at taking pictures of water drops. I took 267 pictures and got maybe 10 that are worth saving. Here are a few that I thought looked really good.
Opinions/comments are welcome.

I filled a big pot full of water, and left about half a inch from the top without water.
Then I turned on the tap a bit so I got the water to drip constantly every two or theee seconds.
Then it is all about timing, I took 267 shots and only got maybe 10 tops of ones that turned out pretty good. Experiment with different angles, manual focus, macro mode, lighting. They all play a big factor in how the shots will turn out.
I was actually pretty impressed with them.
Patience and timing is definately the key to shots like these. You cant take 4 shots and expect them to be excellent shots. You also have to get into a rhythm. Figure out how often a drop goes, so you take the picture just before one drops, That way it will have taken the picture just as it hits.
Good luck with it.
Thanks for the compliments.

What was your shutter speed and f stop? I did this shot (attached below) a while back and although there was a LOT of sunlight with 1/4000 it came out dark but if I would shange it to something slower the water was getting blury. I guess the water was just going way too fast.
