How do I convert MVI images to JPEG in order to send them by email

Although I've never tried it, I understand you can use QuickTime Pro to extract frames from an .avi movie clip and save them as .jpg files.

If you open the video with Windows Movie Maker you can easily extract frames as jpegs. There's a little camera icon (take picture) in the bottom r.h. corner of the preview screen.

I opened the short video with Windows Movie Maker 2 and found no camera icon in either the bottom r.h. or l.h. corner on the screen. I could only play the video. Preview was not an option. Is there any other suggestion?

Look for the camera below the preview screen as seen below where it will say 'Take picture'.
