Nice shot, i love all the colors in it.

I did a shot very similar to this last year. I had a chess board that had frosted glass peices (kind of like the clear ones you have)... I put them behind a black bacdrop, then I did a blue fill effect on them. Turned out pretty sharp.

I had an orange backdrop, elevated the board and lit it with black light from underneath. Left the shutter open for 1 sec under f 1.4 and here ya go...
