Basically what I would like to do, is find a way to view an edited picture on my camera, to show to family. Their computer isn't working at the moment so just copying the pictures to the sd card isn't an option.

I have tried to use Exifer to save the exif data from the original picture and then copy it to the edited picture. Now the exif data on the original (unedited) pic exactly matches (from what I can see) the exif on the edited one. Copied the image back onto sd card and put it in the camera. Still it shows up as an "unidentified image" and won't let me view it. Is there any other way to do this? Or is an edited picture never viewable on the camera?

BTW my camera is an A650is if that matters. Thanks in advance for any help.

are you sure the edited pic was saved as a jpeg?

Actually, the EXIF data doesn't matter. You need to make sure the image is saved in the JPEG format 2.2 with DPOF 1.1 file format, and in the camera's native directory structure. The EXIF data doesn't matter. Tried copying the files over from your computer using the Zoom Browser tools?
