Well ive shot the moon once before but i got a new tripod so tried out a long exposure on the night sky. Im curious why the sky isnt darker? Light Polution or did i mess up? Thanks for looking!!! CC apreciated!

I see you nabbed Orion very clearly. Personally, I think the glow looks like light pollution. But I'd wait to see what others have to say.

This is light pollution being recorded and is significant for a 10 minute expsure. The color is a clear indicator. A light pollution filter like this one will help but for the best results a trip to darker skies would help greatly.
