Very well exposed. It's hard to get snow without blowing it out. Subject matter is a little bland...

Try using a polarizing filter. Will make the sky bluer and show more detail in the snow.
Looks ok,. not really interesting.
Need a focal point that draws more interest.

Try a deeper DOF, the tree branches dont look that in focus or oversharpened.

And a polarizer would not have helped that much since it looks as if the sun was behind you instead of at 90 degrees which is what's required to have polarization work.

I struggle with pictures like yours all the time. that is a hard one to make look good because of the bright sky and snow. I dont care how well you take a picture thats just not a great composition to photograph. It's a very bland image to portray. Kind of like a white wall or something. Dont get me wrong, you do a great job and the picture is as good as it can be in my opinion.
