Surfing photos

Here is my first shot at surfing photos...taken between 7 and 9 am with overcast clouds. I'm using my Digital Rebel and a 100-300 USM. Some of those are handheld, hence the blur.

Yea I need more light, especially being a beginning photographer. I need all the help I can get.

On a side note, I paddled out and caught some great waves :)

I got wet...just without the camera. One of my best days surfing in a long time. It wasn't that cold though. The water was about 56 degrees but that guy always wears a cap . I was fine and probably didn't even need my booties.
