Grid spot for genesis 400

is there any other honeycomb grid that would fit the genesis 400 aside from the ones they sell in calumet? ( a cheaper one )

Unfortunately I don't think so.

The other option is to get either the Elinchrom 7" or 8.25" reflector and grids. Elinchrom reflectors are 100% compatible with the Genesis strobes, although not exactly inexpensive.
If you get the 7" grid reflector you can use PCB or Speedotron grids. I'm not familiar with 8.25" grids other than the Elinchrom's.

so a 7in elinchrom grid reflector would fit the genesis 400? then just get the pcb grids to attach to the elinchrom reflector? thanks robert. will check this out.
