I am looking to build up a DIY Vagabond II using a 300w inverter (as opposed to the 150w in the VII) with 42 amp hours (instead of the 9 amp hours you get in the VII) and it occurred to me that I could put a switch-selectable CyberSync CSR+ slave receiver between the inverter and the strobe.
The only question that comes to mind is that would I risk frying it if I used it to fire off more than one strobe at a time?
Hmm....

Isn't an aneurysm just a bulging out of an artery like a tiny balloon with no symptoms? If the aneurysm pops, then you are in big trouble, stroke, death, etc.

Well, I WAS going to say that I had an 'epiphany', but off the cuff I couldn't recollect how to spell it.
And, anyway, thanks for the medical info.

The CSR+ controls the AB strobe power via a telephone cord to the back of the panel, the inverter and the strobe wouldn't even know it's there, so it won't hurt anything.
I think the Vagabond II uses a 300W inverter and a 18-20 AH battery.

There are two connections from the CSR+ to the strobe. In the AC version the CSR+ sits between the AC source and the strobe along with a PC cord from the CSR+ to the strobe.

You're right about the specs. I had them wrong.
