G10 and photoshop...


Kind of like this better...what do you think?

nice picture, but looks like it could use a little more contrast to bring out highlights.

I agree ^^^ maybe work with the shadows/highlights a little bit as well. I'm not sure why but the LOH really sticks out, maybe make it the same tone? Or did you do that on purpose? I don't really understand where that light on those letters is coming from based on the other shadows... hmmm... mysterious!

The highlights are from the sunlight (picture taken in the afternoon). Notice the gate is opened slightly and catching the light.

Ah, I see. Just wasn't sure, after looking at the top right of the right gate, looks like it's backlit a bit. Ok! :)

Here is a actions script for photoshop to achieve that effect:) Not mine btw. I found it somewhere a while back... I did a little tweaking after the script was applied, but this will get you started.
