Full Screen View with Menu Bar

When I go to this View my main photo shop view spills over into my second monitor and I never can find the bottom menue bar.
How do I get this to a size that will fit on Monitor (a 21inch Dell/Triniton)?

I haven't been able to get my PSCS session to do this for me (spilling over into the 2nd screen) but I have been able to make it spill over from the 2nd screen into my 1st. But since the 1st monitor is larger than the 2nd, the corner of the full-screen window was accessible from the 1st monitor and I just manually adjusted it that way.

Have you tried dragging the entire image window (before going into full-screen mode) on to the 2nd monitor and then doing a full-screen w/menu on it? If not, try that and see how it turns out. Maybe you'll be able to get to the resizing corner of the window so that you can make it a little smaller. Then you can drag it back into the primary monitor (after getting out of fs mode) and try the full-screen mode again.
