Whatever it is, looks like a single production, experimental type model. Very coool and probably worth a pretty penny! Try getting parts at the local auto parts dealer though!

it's a tank car. jay leno has one. its incredibly heavy and really strong.

it's a shame to put a muffler on it. That thing would really growl.

Very interesting car.
The logo looks like the Bentley logo to me, and the car bears some resemblance to the Barnato-Hassan and Jackson special. However, those were fitted with 6-cylinder engines.
Do you have a magnification of the logo on the car?
