Hi guys!
Well im waiting for my 5DmkII and i would love to shoot some macro as well even tho FF might not be optimal for this.

I was woundering if someone could help me understand what i would need to get close enough to get shoots like this: http://www.fredmiranda.com/forum/topic/719864

I wont have the money for a MPE-65.. so what you guys think?
A 100/2,8 macro with extension tubes or reversed 50mm..

Dont got a clue about anything when it comes to macro lol.. but i would love to be able to shoot some abstract macro shoots like the second image in the link and print big size photos from the 5Dmk2 ;)

Suspect a 100mm macro lens with a full set of Kenko ext tubes would be fine. At min focus that combo would give you a field of view width of 17.5mm with a FF camera (ie 2:1 magnification)
