Those are some great portraits. I like all but the second one but not because of composition, more for the distraction of the plants. Nice work!

Exactly what I was thinking. Good job.

Nicely done, #1- the hair seems lost into the wall. Maybe a bit of unsharp mask on them however, that could just be my screen. Only other thing I see and it may be the style in that area, #3-her hand holding the rail looks like the nozzle on a shop vac. A simple crop could work (on both sides to keep her to the right of center), there and still not bother the composition.
Now take her to dinner she earned it.

I think they are all pretty well PPed; but I'd suggest you try brightening the irises of this lovely girl in all the shots.

how can i brighten the ires in photoshop?

You zoom in very tightly on the eyes so the irises are pretty large on the screen. Then use the Quick Selection tool or the Magic Wand tool to select the irises in each eye. Then you will have two separate circular selected areas. Then create an adjustment layer (Curves or Levels or Brightness). I like Curves because it gives more control. After that play with sliders or curves to your liking.

For #1 there are too many distracting weeds/vines on the walls that scatter my attention.

And The WB and colors seem off in #2 - probably too warm/red.
