I like the photo in general, I just don't like the placement of the text.

I don't know... I'm not sure that bow really works for me. I like the concept though. I think also her pants disappear too much and almost makes it look like it is his belly that is pregnant.

The placement of the bow makes it seem like the knot is her belly button. As already mentioned...the pants are missing.
