First Black & White -- My little niece

WOW. What a cutie and what a great portrait shot. Clear and sharp while keeping a soft dreamy feel. I like the B&W. It simplifies the picture and really makes you focus on her.

I'd like a little more depth of field or shift the focus back a little. I'm seeing the stroller, hands and face back to her eyes but I'd love to see it sharp back to her ears. You did a great job bringing the attention to her eyes and the background really does not exist. It's all about her.

You should compliment your niece her on her modeling skills.
