Thank you Neil.
Dear All,
I just got a warning (report sent to the moderator) for the same picture in an other forum. It seams that some people are offended by this image. I respect the idea but this is not at all what I see and what I want to share. Please if you see something different than love, purity and nature in this shot I do apologize.

I don't think its offensive in the slightest, its a beautiful portrait and the others in the series are also fabulous, especially the over the shoulder shot, I love the shadows and lighting especially.

Great pictures. Wonderful lighting.
But, maybe a warning on the nudity or possibly post these in the
"Glamour & Nude" section. ("Weddings and Other Family Events"? Fail to see the relevance) I dunno. Just thinking out loud.
I browse the forums from work.
P.S. I didn't make any complaints to anyone, I'm jus' saying.

I might be wrong but if I had to rank family events, a birth would get a very good mark!
On top of it, since I don't consider a mother feeding a baby as something glamorous or nude (sexy) I thought this gallery was the most appropriate.
Also note that when posting in the "family events" gallery I was sure to post in the right place.
Actually, even if I respect everyone point of view, I must admit that I am shocked to see that some people can have sexual (what else can it be?) connection when looking at something so pure an natural. Who is the bad one?

I see what you mean.
Actually, I am very comfortable with the human body and think it's beautiful. I have been an artist for 20+ years. I have, in fact; spent time drawing/painting live nudes. I also have a new baby (2 month old) and respect your views. So, just to clarify, I did not attach a sexual connection with your pictures.
However, it's not inconceivable that my boss may see it differently. That's all. I only mentioned it, because I like enjoy forums and would like to continue to browse while I'm at work. You understand, I'm sure.
Just maybe next time, a warning.
Thanks.

Grimlock,
I understood well your point at your first comment but I still am perplex about the real thoughts of people reacting negatively to such pure and inocent images.
Take care

Its so beautiful! Love the lighting and the b&w conversion looks great. I am currently a breastfeeding mother myself, and I hate how breasts are so sexualised in our society that we forget what they are really there for.
Lorek my only critique is that mothers love to look at babies breastfeeding from above, because thats the view we normally see them from when they are feeding. Did you get any from the overhead angle? It would be a more heart warming picture for me if it was shot from above, only because of personal experience.

I am also currently breastfeeding my 2 month old and totally agree wit shniks above. Your portrait is beautiful, loving, and not sexy. I would love to have one of me breastfeeding my baby, but I don't think I would like that specific position. I would opt for one shot from above and want my face captured in the picture and holding his hand (just my personal preference, as thats usually how I look when I'm breastfeeding) I would feel awkward with both breasts hanging out.
Great capture!

Thank you for the comment. I agree with you so here are 2 presents for you: a joke and a photo:
1) The joke:
What is the difference between an electric train (the toy for kids) and a woman breast?
They is not difference. In both cases it has been design for the children but are mainly used by the fathers.
2) The picture:

What about this one? I am having difficult time in an other forum because I am exposing nudity in the family gallery. Where should I share this kind of work? In the Glamour/Erotic section? ... sextion! I don't think so!

Lorek-- those last two are beautiful.. i was starting to tear up looking at them. Not only are you having trouble posting them in a non-sexual forum section, but it is like that in the real world too. Here is the US people are disgusted by mothers nursing their babies in public and women are encouraged to go and hide to feed their babies!

Thank you Sharlene. Like you I see only beauty and purity.

Having have nursed my daughter until she was 12 months old, I think the photo is nothing BUT the most beautiful thing in the world. To be able to give your child, your blood, your soul, the gift of nuture, and nutrients, is the most amazing experience in the world, and Natural.

Well done, Lorek!
Having watched my wife and then my two daughters nurse their babies, your photos have captured the beauty and love of nursing to perfection.

Lorek. It don't matter what you do in this life...... Some a@£ hole will always find something offensive in it.... Its human nature I guess..
Take this post for example..... Someone will no doubt smack my wrists for rocking the boat of political correctness.
By the way I love your images.

Simply beautiful Lorek... I always look forward to your work. :)
The first shot is almost a mix between sexy and nutruring just because of the position of the mother and both breasts showing in full focus....Beautiful.. absolutely... but yet alluring to the male audiemce I'm sure...
The final 2 shots are so natural and very perfect. I think any mother that has breastfeed her child will appreciate these images. The bonding is amazing, and we all wish we had such beautiful images of the moment.
I'm guessing the mother loves them... :) Thank you for sharing, and thank her for allowing you to share a beautiful moment with us.

Lorek,
I think this picture is stunning. Its really beautiful, as all your work is. And while I am not bothered by it in the least, its probably simply not the ideal category to post it in.
