Gambia!

Anyone got any advice on shooting in Gambia? I'm off for a week, next week. Things I'm hoping to find out:

Are there good landscapes to shoot?

Is it easy to take portraits of the natives? Do they mind? Should I offer them money? How much?

Any particularly good opportunities, landscape or portrait, or other?

africa is a world of opportunities and faces. you will have an awsome time!

please don't call the local people ''natives'', it's an especially offensive referal to indigenous peoples that went out with the empire building days.

some might want payment for pictures ( i can only speak of my experiences in kenya) but try and engage people in conversation too and always show them the pictture, too :_)
