After a succesful media day the actual event ran on Sunday the 28th with a top entry and plenty of action and it stayed dry for once.

Anyway onto some photos, all taken with a Canon 1D MKIII and either Canon 24-70 f2.8, 300mm f2.8 or 600mm f4. I would be interested to hear what people think about the colours as I have just got a Spyder 3 Elite and have just calibrated my screens and am not used to them yet.

Top work and action.
The colours look natural, not overly saturated, and fine to me.
A cracking set from what I understand was a difficult day .

Colours look spot on to me Ian, and the first shot of Proctor and Bellerby is an absolute stunner.

Hope you're car got you home. The road out of the circuit was a bit slippy! I had to wind on a huge armful of steering as I left the circuit as my car most definately did not want to turn right!

Cheers,

Simon.

Absolutely spot on Ian and as the others have said the colours look fine.

You might have told Nick Stamper his spare was the wrong size though :D

Nice set Ian, image quality looks good. Shot of Merrill a good capture and a strange place for Stamper to carry his spare!:p

Thanks for the comments and confirmation about the colours, I wasn't too sure about the new calibration I performed but I am finding the screen looks a lot more normal now.

All the best

Thanks Peter, I have to say I am really impressed with the Spyder it has given much better results than the old Colorvision Colorplus I have been using

Nice set, & looking good! and the first shot of Proctor and Bellerby is an absolute stunner. That's one big bite he's taking out of the apex!
