how to hide the data of exif?

i would like to ask your how to hide the data of exif?

You can't hide it, but you can remove it. If you use Photoshop and use Save As JPG this will strip the exif. Also, some utilities exist to modify/delete EXIF values, like ExifUtils.

In PS CS with the latest RAW plugin "Save As" jpg preserves EXIF data, "save for web" removes it.
