I have just enough room for my future purchases. (After I take out some of the junk)

It is a Pelican PCS145 and fits inside a Pelican 1450. It is perfect for a small-medium size bag.

Does anyone else have this bag? I am hoping to fit 70-200 f4 on the right side in place of the Rebel XT and Tamron lens. I have already fit my 50D with a 24-70 f2.8 in the middle and on the right side I want to fit a 430ex and a Tokina 11-16 f2.8. The ends are expandable so I can pad one end and put some stuff in there but it wont fit inside a Pelican 1450 anymore.

My gear doesnt fit already. I am looking for a Tokina 11-16 to add to my gear also. I think I will keep it for days when I only need a few pieces and get a larger bag to carry everything. I currently have a 40D, 50D, 430ex, 580ex II, 50mm f1.8, 70-200mm f4 and a sigma 24-70mm f2.8. These are low cost but well made bags and I like mine but I dont know if I should get the same bag but larger size or look at other options. I have looked at some of the threads with other bags but havent found anything I like. I have a Pelican 1620 for video equipment and like that too. It holds my equipment well and I dont have to worry about anything getting broken. You could drop a car on it and my gear would be fine. I am thinking a little bit smaller one like the 1510 would be a good choice to hold all my photography equipment.

Sorry to drag up an old thread, but do you know the measurements of the main compartment on the Pelican PCS145 bag? I was looking at getting a 1450 case with foam or dividers, but that bag may be the ticket. I'm mainly interested in figuring out if the XSi with the 70-300 IS lens will fit across with room for the kit lens and maybe one more lens later. I know it will fit in the 1450 case with foam or dividers.

Thanks,

Mitch
