Been reading for a while and have liked the posts the members have left, some real nice shots as well I have seen posted. My friend got me hooked and broke but loving every min of it.

Welcome to POTN. You have already seen the value of this forum and one thing that is asked of you is to help another just like you have been helped.
I like your phrase "hooked and broke." Some of us fall into that category.

It's a great place and a great hobby, although somewhat expensive.

Now just try and picture having two hobbies which make you as broke as Photography, scuba diving in the tech world, then try thinking about taking that nice camera and 2.8 lens under water and flooding it, enough to make a man cry...
looking at doing this with the 5DMark2 hoping for no flood!:lol:
