D30 Manuals & software

I just recently bought a used D30 which included a Macro Light Ring (MR14EX). I't came with no manuals or software and was wondering if anyone knew where I might go to locate and/or purchase these user manuals and software.

Thanks for the info Mike I appreciate it. However what I'm looking for is the actual manuals and the Canon CD I don't need the Adobe LE CD as I have a newer version.
