Cool shots. As with the other 1,000 plus images. I wish I had enough spare time, and your 300mm lens. ;)

I'd love to know that myself, I have been looking at buying a 300mm

Nice shots but they all looked flat to me. Especially compared to the post by Marauder61.

How do you guys take picutures of airliners and not have the FBI or FAA beating down your door?

Nice shots however...

We / I have been run off by the local Sheriff once but for the most part nobody will mess with you. Just don't look like your hiding or act strange and you'll be fine...

Wondering the same question... after 9/11 here if you get even close to an airport with a camera, you will have cops all over in a matter of minutes.

I was with my son. We both had camera's and were snapping pictures... He asked us why we would even want to take pictures. I just looked at him and said bye.

Well the ones at the top of this post were taken @ Heathrow (London, England) whilst I know the FBI are very powerful they still do not have any jurisdiction here :D

But to highlight the dangers, check out this link

Nice... Real nice... I'm going to guess at this but I'd say they were just taking pictures for fun, hobby, personal interests... Lets lock them up! And don't mind the guy they let go that broke into your house and robbed you. He was only looking for a phone to call for a tow truck. Even though he doesn't own a car though...
