Hello everyone
A new member with a new camera (Well almost got it)
I have been away from serious photography for about 10 years, and last week got bitten again.
I have completely missed the auto focus era and have returned with a 20D.
All of my 35mm equipment is manual focus (T90,A1)
My question is : Will I be able to use some of my macro equipment on the D20 body? It is a auto bellows and ring light for the T90 (EF mount) is there any way of converting the EF mount on the bellows to fit the digital?

Maybe a Canon FD adaptor??
Not too sure...............a few members here have used thier old Canon lenses on an EF mount. In any case, you're probably better off just investing in a few EF lenses to reap all the benefits your 20D can offer.
Good luck on your purchase!!! :-)

Hi Alan,. welcome to the forum :)
We have Home Mortgage Councillors standing 24/7 for all your exotic lens buying needs
The 20D is an EF lens capable camera.. all modern Canon camera's use the EF mount.
I'm guessing your bellows is an FD mount?
Checky out the -=READ FIRST=- EOS Sticky at the top of the EOS forum,. there you will find a link to a thread dedicated to adapting FD and other lenses to work with your new EOS camera ;) Lot's of good info there. :)

Hi New guy here. I got a 20D about four months ago. Having a lot of old FD lens, I thought I would get the EOS body to FD lens adapter. It was not cheap. It screwed onto the EOS body just fine, I never could get it to screw onto the FD lens so I sent it back to B&H.
I do not think the ring light will work on the 20D. Thats what Canon and a few others say

I was mistaken about the ring flash not working with the Canon ML-3 ring flash. I have a 100mm F2.8 Macro USM lens and the manual states that the Macro ring Lite ML-3 can be used on the the pre mentioned lens. Sorry about the wrong information.
