mobile girl in the city

this girl suddenly walked out of the store as I was taking shots of the outfits in the window last week.
it was just chance I got her in the shot at all.
it's a bit cluttered looking all over....
but lots to see around

It works very well for me.
However, if you wanted to photograph the outfit in the shop, then a polarizer might be helpful :lol:

Cool shot. Very photojournalistic. I might have cropped off an inch from the top. Surprised you were not asked to leave the store window. My friend once tried to take a picture of someone at a GAP store and they were asked to not shoot in or around the store.

I take the window shots with reflections in them somtimes
that's what I was trying to do (again) this time
lucky enough I just had to move the camera slightly to the left to get all of her in
but it left the clothes not so good
that didn't matter too much as the idea is there still

she was exactly what I like in a picture and it was sheer luck she walked into it that moment
looks as though she is protecting her mobile and her bag while concentrating on the call
it was a chilly day and that too can be seen in her actions

about cropping a little off the top ..mdude 85
I didn't want to take away any of the flags effects,

I sometimes use a polarizer on the G2 but not on this camera

the next shot was taken either before the girl picture or just after.
there was no polarizer used. I hold the camera tight against the glass.
if I want more in the picture , reflections, I go back a little
the colour is a bit strong


these clothes in this store were much better value then the 'pink' clothes I showed on a model in another store a few days ago
( a post I had on here)
and they are very nice too (here)
