I have a sharp EF 24-70mm f/2.8L that I would like to trade for a sharp MINT EF-S 17-55mm f/2.8 IS + cash.
This is for UK only and preferably London only, but that is negotiable.
I love the 24-70L, it's a fantastic lens, but I'm going to be using a crop body for quite a while longer and I think the 17-55 is a better range for me.
My 24-70 is in FANTASTIC shape. No scratches or marks on the body at all, even the hood isn't bad. They only place I can find any marks is where the hoods threads onto the body, that little part where the plastic rubs. But you have to look for it closely. The glass is flawless, not a mark. The USM is fast and silent.
I've got all the original stuff from the original purchase; box and packaging, manual, pouch etc. Even the blank warranty card which isn't valid any more.
Date Code: UV05 = May 2007 I believe.
I'll get some pics of the lens soon, and also some images from the lens showing how sharp it is.
