I like the effect but I would reduce the noise a little bit.
Also, if you can just sharpen the eyes and brows and blur the rest a little bit will have more of the dreamy and old-time look. That's my 2 cents.
It's a nice pix no matter what.

The nicest difference is that the skin of the cheeks & nose is not nearly so grainy here with this 2nd try. That noise in the skintones had to go, and you made it go away nicely. The reflections in the eyes are excellent. Funny how so many a shot is ruined by either no reflection in the eyes or too much of one.

Agreed +1 on the second image
