Funny (and good)... when I saw the title, my first thought was "This hand has been changing a carburetor." So I was amused to scroll down and I see that I was at least in the garage.
Cheers,
Don

Grease stained fingers are all to familiar in these parts (owner of an all original 1970 Buick Skylark that needs and has already had a lot of work).
I like this shot !

The good old C6 transmission... An oldie but a goodie. I own a transmission repair shop.... I have built 1000's of those over the years.
Nice photo too

At that point, after all of that hard work, it may have looked better with a cold beer of some kind in it.

This is a great shot. The detailed grease in the nails and the shallow DOF is wonderful. It makes me think of the old pictures from the early 1900's of coal miners.

I was working ona car all afternoon, My first thought, too. BTDT. Here's a hint, take some of the hand cleaner & rub it into your hands around the nails before you start. I makes it slightly easier to clean up after. ;-)
