First Pic

Hey, I just joined, this is a pic I took over the winter at a golf course. It was my first time trying to take em in the snow. Hopefully this works...

Hey. Looks like a decent pic, but it could be better. If you are trying to get a scenic shot try to get rid of the clutter on the right of the picture. If you want a focal point grab a closer shot of the tractor or the empty snow covered table on the left. If you live around Hope you the world at your fingertips as far as scenic shots goes. Go nuts and practice up. What kind of camera are you using?

Nice picture, but it would look better if a bit brighter, I hope you don't mind but I brightened it up a bit to show you what it would look like if just a bit lighter in the first image and in the second image I added a diffuse glow (through Photoshop). It's a good winter picture. Very chilly looking. :)

Thanks for the response! I'm using a Canon Power Shot a75.
I like how you brighten it!! I would like how to use PhotoShop, I'll have to start experimenting with it!
Yeah, Hope has a ton of beautiful places! I'll have to start using them! As soon as I find some spare time...
