I obtained this plant at World Orchid Conference at the beginning of 2008...when I was inquiring at Ecuagenera's booth about this species of orchid, the guy said he thought he had one...when he did find it, it was just a few roots, a few dead growths and a just-emerging growth. He let me have it for free, since it seemed to have little hope of surviving.
Once I got it home and unwrapped it, I noticed one more little growth peeping up from between the moss.
Since then, it has flowered a few times on both growths, and now it has grown a keiki from the leaf base of one of the growths (I didn't know these plants made keikis).
I'm pretty happy with the way this photo turned out. You can even see the next bud in line showing through the front-facing flower as if through frosted glass.

Canon EOS 400D (Digital Rebel XTi), Sigma 105mm macro, Speedlite 580EX II flash with off camera shoe cable, plastic bag as diffuser, 160/s, f22, black backdrop.
Imaged flowers are a bit less than 1cm across.
