Alright what do you think of the post processing on this pic? First time using photoshop for anything other than rotating the image...

Very good! If you leave the shadows on her lower face, you should leave them on the top as well (such as around the top of her eyes), just my opinion.

Good work, it removes the dark circles under her eyes and smoothes the skin out, as well as brightening it up a bit.

I hadn't even noticed that until you mentionned it...Thanks...

That was the goal...is there anything else that I could do to this photo?

Somewhere in the editing process you've picked up a light area at the top left of her forehead that should be patched out. Otherwise, this is a great first attempt. If you smooth the skin out more, you might as well take out the little mole on her arm, too. ;-)

I noticed that little spot on her forehead after as well...

As for the mole, I didn't notice that one...took out the other two were just below her sleeve.

So what else can be done to this photo? Any suggestions?

Sometimes you just have to stop! If you must, a bit of detail in her hair on the left wouldn't hurt. Next time, add a small hair light. One of many ways to pull detail out of the hair would be by using the History brush. Another is:
