I took these from my backyard the past few nights, Can you say light pollution??? :D I knew it was going to be a problem, but WOW. Anyhow, here they are. The first trail is a 15 minute exposure. The second trail is a 20 minute exposure with 3 airplanes crashing the party. :D I took some shots of the little dipper as well. Overall, I'm very happy as to how they turned out although I have ALOT of work to do. Still playing with ISO and aperture settings. THANKS to everyone who provided a little help and insight. I can see how shooting the night sky can become addicting. CC very welcome btw!!

I was shooting the little dipper and a jet decided to fly by. You can see the dipper on the left.

I was about to say #2 looked like a composite of still stars with trails, but those are blinking plane lights! Too bad about that, and how is the light pollution gone in shot 2?
I like the composition of #4 and 5, looks good!
