Hi. One of these photos (guess which one) was taken in australia on whitehaven beach. I wuite like it but would love to know how to improve it. It was bright daylight, taken with an eos 300d with a 1/125 shutter. The second is loch lomond in scotland, early morning. Taken with ISO 100, 1/500 shutter, 5.6av. Any advice on either would be appreciated.

I really like the First one (Second one LOL) Loch Lomond
and the second one has me turning my head upside down to try and read the message.
Nice pics

I like the first one, its the kind you'd see in a nice bank calenderrrrrrrrrrr (roll your R's ;) ). The second is great too but the message is distracting so it would probably be a good one to crop. Both are absolutely fantastic, and I don't use that word often.

Hey thanks. I prefer the first one too. As for the message in the sand, i was stood next to it and still couldnt make it out. Nice idea about cropping it though, ill give it a go.

They are both good but you may want to try the following: the top pic, add a LITTLE bit of blue to the sky. the beach scene, crop the stuff in the sand and add the top of the boat mast.

The first one looks perfect by my standards.
Maybe a little more detail in the boat would be nice, but it's a great shot.
Best regards,
Andy
