what are these birds?

I know these are not "quality" shots of these birds, but they were in the neighbors
yard and kinda far.. so I cropped them pretty significantly.
Anyway, i just wanted to know what kind they were. I'm getting some
pretty colorful birds around here and would like to know what I have.

In this first one, you see alittle yellow one, and the red one.
I'm thinking the red one is a cardinal, but thats just a guess.

2 is definitely a cardinal. We've got them all over the place here in Ohio. Try to get closer ... they are spectacular!

1 looks like a Goldfinch, but hard to tell from so far away.

they flown away now, but i'm sure they'll be back.
I just noticed the bushes moving when I glanced out the window and
they stayed long enough for me to snap a few shots. :)
