I am wondering if my power shot saves the settings I took pictures at? Is there a way to find out what settings I took my picture at? Such as the ISO, FStop, etc. It would be really helpful if they do that. Thanks.

In your computer you should be able to right click on the picture and a box will show up. Go to the summary portion and click...all your photo properties should be there.

You even can see it with irfanview options
but the software with your powershot will give you all information. Just like Maureen is saying. Right click on the picture.

Hmm then I guess I better install the software. I got a mem card reader so I never bothered installing it. thanks for the tips.

You should not have to install the software. Just right click on the image and go to "properties" and Viola

Skip, you're right there it is under properties then summery. I use to feel bad that Film was just about extint but, being able to set ISO speed, instead of changing film, seeing your night shots and now being able to see your settings you took the picture under. Why would anyone want to use film. Its like why use a typewriter when you have a computer. Thanks everyone for you help.
