Last friday night. So i decided to break out some beers and take some pictures. They had 2 gigantic stadiumish lights on each end of the block so it made for some pretty cool looking lighting.

The neighborhood alleycat, buster. He kinda totally rocks.

My friend jay. He's got a set of lights behind his head, creating a nice halo effect, and a bunch of lights behind me to get a decent exposure.

And the street....

Pity the focus on #1 and #2 is off, and the bokeh on #1 sucks.... Apart from that: Nice shots

ouch, I think they look cool, who cares whether the focus is out slightly, I mean, you were hitting up the beers right? so maybe your eyes were a little out. cool photo of your mate, it's the type of lighting you would see on a Hip Hop Album cover. pretty rad.

Well c'mon man, how perfect of focus are you going to get with f1.8? It's got such a narrow depth of field, and anyway, these werent really planned at all.

True, thats why I said " Apart from that: Nice shots". Then again, I don't believe in saying 'Thats great' when there are some things in a shot I don't like. IMHO that would help no-one. Consider it constructive critisism ;)
