Very nice. Steam always looks better in the cold, crisp air.

I very nice series - I kept running through them all, soaking up the details. For example, I enjoyed the green color of the foliage. What are the two white disks at the front of the engine in the second and third photos, and why are they at different positions?

Nice series. Well done. Perfect set-up spot for shot 3.

The white discs were used by the old Southern Region in daytime instead of oil lamps , the different configurations denote train types, ie. express freight, express passenger stopping passenger etc.

Dull or not...#2 is very good Stuart. It was getting quite the workout.
