There was a Canada Goose too in the picture... I felt it spoiled the scene (they often do :) ) so I removed it.

The little brown duck looks like he put his head down and is squinting, What a great shot.

Wow what a great moment in time. I guess the Heron was landing away from the ducks (as they don't swim) but it does look like they're about to crash.
